It is non-governmental society, its members are academic personals working in the universities, research centers and the researchers in the other ministries.  It’s free society and not biased to any political group, and its activities based on:

             Dear Iraqi Academies, this committee in established for you to be on line with the latest developments in your specialist and informing you about the conferences, summer schools and the workshops in Iraq and other countries. In the same time it is save to present your self and your academic activities for the interested universities and research centers in Arabic media and in the other countries. The main principle of our work in this committee is to establish a suitable scientific media away from the corruption in the past. This can help each member to participate strongly in the reconstruction of this country by enjoying his academic experience. Finally I am asking all Iraqi academies to join our committee and you will find so many friends you would like to contact. Please academies are members in this scientific family to reach the wishes we are looking for.
